Thank you for shopping with 3 Dots & A Dash!! Any exchages must be made within 7 days with receipt and items must be in same conditon as when bought. Store Credit Only!! No returns or exchages on Furniture, Lighting or sale items. Buyer must pay all shipping cost.
- Furniture Items: All furniture purchases are non-refundable. Due to the natural characteristics of wood, knots, cracks, holes and finish variations are to be expected and embraced.
- Custom Orders: Custom orders cannot be altered, canceled or returned. Custom orders may take approximately 1 - 2 weeks to complete, depending on order size.
- Natural Ware: 3 Dots & A Dash does not accept responsibility for damage, shrinkage, fading or discoloration of items due to natural elements, wear and tear, washing or abuse.
How to make an exchange:
- Email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the item with receipt and you will be given store credit.
- Once the exchange has been approved by 3 Dots & A Dash, customer is responsible for shipping item back to 3 Dots & A Dash: 8050 SE 13th Ave. Portland, OR 97202
- Customer receipt or proof of purchase MUST be included with returned item to receive full in store credit.
