Returns & Exchanges

All non-furniture merchandise may be returned for a full refund or store credit within 10 days of purchase or delivery of item. We do not accept returns on items that have been used. Buyer must pay all return shipping cost. 

  • Furniture Items: All furniture purchases are non-refundable. Due to the natural characteristics of wood, knots, cracks, holes and finish variations are to be expected and embraced. 
  • Custom Orders: Custom orders cannot be altered, canceled or returned. Custom orders may take approximately 1 - 2 weeks to complete, depending on order size.
  • Natural Ware: 3 Dots & A Dash does not accept responsibility for damage, shrinkage, fading or discoloration of items due to natural elements, wear and tear, washing or abuse.  

How to make a return or exchange: 

  • Email info@threedotsinc.com within 10 days of receiving the item with return explanation and original receipt. 
  • Once the return has been approved by 3 Dots & A Dash, customer is responsible for shipping item back to 3 Dots & A Dash: 3403 Southeast Hawthorne Boulevard Portland, OR, 97214
  • Customer receipt or proof of purchase MUST be included with returned item to receive full. 
  • Once return has been received a refund will be given back in the form of payment the purchase was made with.
